The Machame route is considered to be one of the best-looking routes to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro. The hike begins within the dense forest and follows a path that offers chance views of Mt Meru, Shira Ridge as well the main top of Mt Kilimanjaro – Kibo. Climbing through Machame route is something to remember since it contains more steep passages and higher altitudes while start climbing but the steepness decrease progressively as summit approached. Rongai is only route which is more attractive and it approaching the peak of Kilimanjaro from the East near Kenya border. It is considered to be as alternative of Marangu as it reduce overcrowding during the peak season.
